We are a joint venture partner in the Oxford Energy Academy which delivers skills and apprenticeships in energy and renewables.
Our background
As a division of Reed in Partnership, we are part of a company operating from more than 200 locations in the UK and employing over 2,500 people.
Last year over 2 million people in the UK accessed a Reed in Partnership service through the programmes we operate for central, devolved and local government.
Reed in Partnership is part of the Reed Group, the largest family-owned recruitment company in the world. The Group was founded on 7th May 1960 when Sir Alec Reed, aged 26, opened his first Reed office in Hounslow with just £75.

Tom Hoines
Energy Services Director
Tom Hoines has worked in the energy industry for nearly 14 years across a variety of segments including: developing renewable energy projects, innovative finance, commercial strategy and energy supply.
He is extremely passionate about the concept of community energy and believes people and their communities need to be at the heart of the net zero revolution, both as stakeholders and beneficiaries.

David Bendell
Director of Oxford Energy Academy
Dave's careers in energy began with a Gas Engineering Apprenticeship with British Gas. He served as a Service Engineer and then Quality Assurance Manager with the company.
After completing a degree in teaching at De Montfort University, Dave spent several years as a Senior Vocational Plumbing & Gas Lecturer and Assessor & Internal Verifier prior to launching the Oxford Energy Academy in 2011.
